These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ri888 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ri888. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing ri888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use an ri888 account. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each member may hold exactly one ri888 account. Multi-accounting is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from them are subject to rollover rules before withdrawal.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. ri888 may request government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership at any time.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly provides otherwise:
2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ri888 Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet both requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services.
2.2 ri888 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21. Where ri888 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under 21, the relevant account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage use will be forfeited.
2.3 You must be accessing the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Services on behalf of a third party, or for any commercial or business purpose, is strictly prohibited unless ri888 has provided written consent in advance.
2.4 You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension currently in force on your ri888 account. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
3.1 To access the ri888 Services, you must complete the registration process available at ri888.one. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, payment method, or device — constitutes multi-accounting and is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be associated with multi-accounting activity will be permanently suspended, and all balances within those accounts will be voided.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ri888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify ri888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Notification should be made via live chat or by email to the support address stated in Section 15 of these Terms.
3.5 ri888 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, the Member is ineligible, or the account is being used in breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ri888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ri888 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and any applicable daily or weekly transaction limits, are published on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the ri888 member interface. These limits are subject to change at ri888's discretion and may vary by payment method or account tier.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your ri888 wallet in real time under normal conditions. Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others listed above) are processed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). ri888 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party banking systems or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Verified Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time. E-wallet withdrawals are processed in real time. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours. Black Diamond VIP tier Members receive same-hour processing guarantees at all times. ri888 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Funds deposited to ri888 must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. This requirement exists to comply with standard financial integrity procedures and does not constitute a bonus rollover condition. Separate, higher wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds as set out in Section 5.
4.6 Source of Funds. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. ri888 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned to source, and the associated ri888 account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.7 Failed Transactions. If a deposit appears to have been debited from your bank or e-wallet but has not been credited to your ri888 wallet within 30 minutes of the expected processing time, you should contact ri888 support via live chat, providing the transaction reference number and the amount involved. ri888 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposit cases within 24 hours of the claim being raised.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by ri888 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms at the time of the offer.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without further notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. ri888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to convert bonuses without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion with other Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, ri888 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and permanently close the account(s) involved.
5.5 Eligibility Restrictions. Certain promotions may be restricted to Members who have not previously claimed a similar offer, to specific account tiers, to specific games or betting markets, or to Members meeting a minimum deposit threshold. Eligibility conditions will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. ri888's determination of eligibility is final.
6.1 All games available on the ri888 platform — including slots, live casino tables, and RNG-based table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by ri888 or any third party after the bet is placed.
6.2 Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match, event, or competition as determined by the governing body. Where an official result is not available, ri888 will apply its standard void or postponement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet placement, ri888 will investigate the incident using server-side logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault, the wager for that round will be voided and returned to the Member's wallet. Decisions made by ri888 following a technical investigation are final.
6.4 ri888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or at odds that were published due to a technical error. Members are advised not to deliberately exploit obvious pricing errors; doing so constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.
6.5 Live dealer game results are final once the game host announces the outcome and the round closes. No disputes regarding live dealer results will be accepted after the round has closed and a new round has begun, except where video evidence confirms a clear dealing or mechanical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ri888 platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
8.1 ri888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal and may be asked to re-verify at any subsequent point that ri888 deems appropriate for compliance or security purposes.

8.5 ri888 applies transaction monitoring in accordance with standard AML procedures. Suspicious transactions will be escalated internally and may be reported to competent authorities. ri888 is not obliged to notify the Member concerned when such a report has been filed.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ri888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ri888 content.
10.3 Unauthorised use of ri888 intellectual property — including reproducing the ri888 brand, screenshots of proprietary interfaces, or copying platform content for publication — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 The ri888 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ri888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 ri888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) your inability to access the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or technical failures outside ri888's reasonable control; (b) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banks or e-wallet providers; (c) loss of data, profit, or business opportunity; or (d) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
11.3 ri888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to ri888 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ri888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12.1 ri888's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the ri888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 In summary, ri888 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, payment information, and gameplay activity for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, customer support, and platform improvement. ri888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 ri888 uses industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. ri888's internal systems are subject to regular security auditing and penetration testing.
13.1 ri888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ri888 will notify Members by email to the address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the ri888 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure by contacting ri888 support.
13.3 ri888 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the conditions governing your use of the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ri888's operating jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ri888, you should first contact ri888 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ri888 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.
14.3 Internal Complaints Process. To file a formal complaint, submit a written description of the dispute to the support email address in Section 15, including your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. ri888 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB business hours) and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
14.4 Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
